Most of the continent of Europe enjoys the best weather during the summer months of June to August, ideal for visiting beaches in the Mediterranean or exploring the cities outside on foot. During this time, travellers can expect the least amount of rain and cloudy days. However, this comes with an increase in tourist traffic with some museums and famous sights becoming overcrowded. To avoid the crowds, we would suggest visiting during the shoulder seasons of winter.
